In the heart of our vibrant community, the Budgerigar Council of South Australia (BCSA) is the state governing body for budgerigars. As champions of these animated and popular native birds, we offer a unique blend of opportunities, both with State and National Championships, alongside our marquee event, Budgie Fest – a celebration dedicated to the pet budgerigar, aimed at education, engagement, shared wonder, and a whole lot of fun. According to our team at Media Stable, television, radio, newspaper and digital media coverage reached over 750,000 people local here in South Australia and across the country. 2024 & Beyond
