North East Breeders Auction
Hosted by the Border and District Budgerigar Society (BDBS)

This special event showcases a selection of high-quality birds from well-known breeders in the region:

  • Brett Martin – Open breeder, National winner, and accredited judge from Albury, NSW. Brett has extensive experience in breeding and showing.
  • Ewing Cooke – Champion breeder, National winner from Wagga, NSW, with a wealth of experience in the budgerigar community.
  • Bob Rigoni – Open breeder and multiple award-winner from Myrtleford, VIC. Bob has been breeding and showing for over 40 years, specializing in lutinos.
  • Chris Slaughter – Intermediate breeder from Wodonga, VIC, with a long-standing passion for budgerigars.

About the North East VIC Fundraiser
The auction is organized by the Border and District Budgerigar Society, a society located at the border of Victoria and New South Wales. This fundraiser is a wonderful opportunity for breeders and enthusiasts to acquire exceptional birds and support the local budgerigar community.

The event commences on October 15, and runs through October 20. A total of 14 lots are on offer, including seed containers and birds.
