BSSA Auction 2 for 2025

The Budgerigar Society of South Australia (BSSA) Auction 2 for 2025 is now live. This event features birds from respected South Australian breeders, including Ian & Gina Wise, Ken & Janet Harris, Bob Simpson, Marie & Kerry Murphy, and Jane Kelb.

Available varieties include Spangles, Recessive Pieds, Cinnamon wings, Lacewings, Dominant Pieds, and Whitecaps. In total, 17 high-quality birds are up for auction. The bidding remains open until February 23, 2025, with extended bidding if needed.

All bird descriptions come directly from the sellers and are taken in good faith. The BSSA Inc. does not take responsibility for any inaccuracies, so buyers must address any concerns with the seller.

To maintain privacy, all bids stay anonymous, with only bidder numbers visible. Buyers must check the bird’s location before bidding, as the purchaser covers all freight costs. Most vendors offer free transport to the airport and, when possible, coordinate with others to reduce shipping expenses.

To streamline communication, bidders must register their phone number. This ensures quick and efficient contact if they place a successful bid.
