BNSBS March 2026 Auction
BNSBS March Auction 2026 Now Live
The BNSBS March Auction 2026 is now live, offering budgerigar breeders across Australia the opportunity to secure quality birds while supporting a passionate and community-driven club. The auction runs from March 23rd to March 28th and concludes at 8:00 PM AEST. In addition, the platform applies extended bidding rules, adding 3 minutes to any lot that receives a bid in the final three minutes (up to a maximum 30-minute extension), ensuring fair and competitive bidding.
This BNSBS budgerigar auction not only makes birds available to breeders nationwide but also provides an ideal avenue for Queensland breeders to sell surplus stock. As a result, buyers can access a diverse range of birds, while sellers gain valuable exposure within the wider budgerigar community.
This auction features birds from respected vendors including Trevor and Toni Broadbent, Charles and Ann Mifsud, Lee & Zoe Payne, and Phil Edgar. The lineup includes a wide range of popular varieties such as Opalines, Normals, Spangle, Dominant Pied, Clearbody, Cinnamonwing, White Capped, and Australian Golden Faced, offering something for breeders of all levels.
Vendor Locations:
Trevor and Toni Broadbent – Carbrook, QLD 4130
Charles and Ann Mifsud – Melton, VIC
Lee & Zoe Payne – Jimenbuen, NSW 2628
Phil Edgar – Bracken Ridge, QLD 4017
Supporting the Club and the Hobby
Importantly, the Brisbane and Northern Suburbs Budgerigar Society Inc. (BNSBS) runs this auction to raise funds that directly support club activities and the ongoing development of the exhibition budgerigar hobby. Therefore, every bid contributes to strengthening the community and supporting future initiatives.
After the auction concludes, successful bidders should wait to be contacted regarding invoicing and payment details. This ensures a smooth and organised process for all participants.
