BSSA Auction 20 for 2025 – Now Live!

Get excited! BSSA Auction 20 for 2025 is officially underway. This event showcases an impressive line-up of nine quality birds from respected breeders across Australia. This round includes entries from South Australia’s own Marie & Kerry Murphy, interstate contributor Adrian Praegar from Victoria, and the our resident budgie Auctioneer, George England.

The auction features a variety of sought-after varieties including Opaline Cinnamonwings, Normal Greys, Cobalts, Cinnamonwings, and Recessive Pieds.To that end, this event is perfect for fanciers looking to strengthen or diversify their breeding lines.

BSSA Auction 20 for 2025 began on Sunday, August 4, and will close at 7:00 PM AEST on Saturday, August 10. Extended bidding will apply as per the standard 32auctions platform rules.

This auction is conducted on behalf of members of the Budgerigar Society of South Australia (BSSA). While all bird descriptions are provided in good faith by the seller, BSSA Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies. Any concerns should be raised directly with the individual seller.

• Buyers must consider the location of the bird before bidding, as freight costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Most vendors are happy to deliver birds to the nearest airport at no additional cost and will collaborate with others to help reduce freight charges.
• To participate, please ensure your phone number is registered, as this helps streamline communication if you’re a successful bidder.
• Finally, BSSA Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation. Moreover, all proceeds from BSSA Auction 20 for 2025 go directly back into promoting our club and the wonderful hobby of budgerigar breeding.
