About BSSA Auction 4 for 2026
The BSSA offers all birds on behalf of its members, with each vendor providing descriptions in good faith. However, buyers should contact the seller directly if they need clarification on any details. The Budgerigar Society of South Australia Inc. (BSSA) does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in the descriptions provided.
Furthermore, the auction platform delivers a smooth and transparent experience through anonymous bidding, displaying only your bidder number. To streamline post-auction communication, bidders should register their phone number, especially if they are successful.
Buyers must also consider the location of each bird, as the purchaser covers all freight costs. However, most vendors actively assist by transporting birds to the airport at no cost and coordinating with other vendors to combine freight wherever possible, helping reduce overall expenses.
Finally, the BSSA operates as a not-for-profit organisation, meaning all proceeds go directly back into promoting the club and supporting the exhibition budgerigar hobby.
