BSSA Auction 8 2026
BSSA Auction 8 2026 – Quality Birds from KI
BSSA Auction 8 2026 is now live, featuring a select offering of 11 quality budgerigars from Chris Jones of Kangaroo Island, South Australia. This carefully curated release presents an excellent opportunity for exhibitors and breeders to secure proven lines. Additionally, it provides a chance to introduce fresh genetics into their stud ahead of the upcoming show season.
For ease of transport, all birds are currently housed in South Australia with Sue Adams in Salisbury. This makes logistics simpler for successful bidders. The auction is conducted on behalf of BSSA members. All bird descriptions are provided in good faith by the vendor. Please note that the BSSA Inc. is not responsible for any inaccuracies. Therefore, all enquiries should be directed to the seller.
The auction commences on April 27 and concludes on May 3 at 8:00pm ACST, with extended bidding in place where required. Bids remain anonymous throughout, with only bidder numbers displayed. To streamline communication, all participants are encouraged to register their phone number when signing up.
This sale features a diverse range of sought-after varieties, including Inos, Golden Faced, Rainbows, Recessive Pieds, Spangle Double Factors, and Spangles. Whether you’re chasing colour, feather, or future breeding potential, this auction offers genuine value across multiple lines.
