About the Andrew & Wayne Cusack Auction
The birds offered in this auction are mostly lesser siblings to the Cusacks’ better birds, or birds bred from quality pairs that did not quite make the grade for their own breeding team. There are also a couple of older birds included that will not be used again by Andrew and Wayne. While these birds are being moved on, they still come from the same good lines that have helped the Cusack family build a respected name in the exhibition budgerigar fancy.
Andrew and Wayne Cusack are well known for producing budgerigars with plenty of face, with their birds often carrying similar features and looks due to their line-breeding approach. Their studs are also closely connected. They share many birds between them, meaning the birds are often semi-related across both breeding rooms.
