The SQBBA Fundraising Auction 2 for 2026 is now underway, offering 19 quality budgerigars from respected breeders across the region. This online budgerigar auction commenced on 1 March and concludes on 8 March 2026, giving exhibitors and breeders a full week to secure birds that can strengthen their aviaries while supporting the South Queensland Budgerigar Breeders Association (SQBBA).

This fundraising auction plays an important role in supporting the ongoing promotion of the hobby, club activities and future events. Every bid contributes directly to the continued development of budgerigar showing and breeding within the South Queensland region. Importantly, all of these birds have been donated by the vendors.
